Daniel Halyk - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Halyk was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Total Energy Services Inc. in May 2002. Mr. Halyk is the founder of Total Energy and previously served as interim CEO in 1999. Since December 1997, Mr. Halyk has been a principal of Trident Capital Partners; a private limited partnership that makes investments primarily in the energy, energy services and real estate industries. Prior to starting Trident Capital, Mr. Halyk was a corporate securities lawyer with Bennett Jones LLP in Calgary. Mr. Halyk received his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Major) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mark Kearl - Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kearl has been Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Total Energy Services Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Kearl was hired as Controller for Total Energy Services Ltd.’s contract drilling division, Chinook Drilling, in 2005 following five years with RSM Richter Inc. and four years with Collins Barrow Chartered Accountants. Mr. Kearl received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1997 and his CA designation in 1999. Mr. Kearl is also a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (2003 - Gold Medalist, National Insolvency Exam).

Brad Macson - Vice President, Operations
Mr. Macson joined Total Energy Services in November 2007 with almost 20 years experience in the upstream oil & gas business, including management positions with Bellator Exploration Inc., where he served as Manager of Facilities, and as Manager of Engineering/Construction for Paramount Resources. Mr. Macson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Professional Engineering designation.

Russ Strilchuk - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Strilchuk joined Total Energy Services Ltd. in September 2009 with over 20 years of experience in the energy services industry.  Prior to joining Total, Mr. Strilchuk was General Manager for Exterran Canada where he was in charge of Canadian operations.  Prior to this position, Mr. Strilchuk held sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility with Shaw Pipe Protection, Tenaris and Universal Compression.  Mr. Strilchuk holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Calgary.

Terrence Bell - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Bell was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Total Energy Services in March 2008 after having spent nine years in private practice. Born and raised in Calgary, Mr. Bell obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary in 1994 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1997, following which he was called to the Bar in both Ontario and Alberta in 1999.

Sean Ulmer - President, Bidell Equipment LP
Mr. Ulmer joined the Bidell team in 2010, having been involved in the natural gas compression industry since 1999.  Previously, Mr. Ulmer spent eight years with Enerflex Systems Ltd. and its predecessor companies.  He held various roles there including Vice President, Production Services where he was responsible for their global rental fleet and North American mechancial service divisions.  He also held senior management positions overseeing their low horsepower compression business.  Mr. Ulmer has also held various accounting and corporate finance positions including most recently as an Associate Partner in the Transaction Services department of a multi-national accounting firm.  Mr. Ulmer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Evaluator..

Gerry Crawford - General Manager, Total Oilfield Rentals LP
Mr. Crawford has been the general manager for Total Oilfield Rentals since 1999. Prior to becoming general manager, Mr. Crawford was employed by Elm Oilpatch Rentals as the Transportation Manager responsible for day-to-day operations. From 1992 to 1994 Mr. Crawford worked for G&L Trucking in Fox Creek, Alberta as the Operations Manger. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Crawford was employed by White Pass Systems Ltd., most recently as the Division Manager. Prior to 1985 Mr. Crawford spent 12 years in the trucking industry in various capacities. Mr. Crawford has completed business administration courses at both NAIT and Ryerson University as well as various courses related to trucking and management.

Rod Rundell - General Manager, Chinook Drilling
Mr. Rundell has been in the contract drilling business since 1974. He began his career as a floorhand and over the next 20 years worked his way through every level until he became the Operating Manager of a 24 rig contracting business. In 1995, Mr. Rundell left the contractor business to become an independent drilling consultant. In 1997, Mr. Rundell became one of the founders of Chinook Drilling. In April of 2000, Total Energy Services Inc. acquired Chinook Drilling where Mr. Rundell took on the role of General Manager.
